All registrations must be submitted by Tuesday 31 July 2012.

Fees

Registration covers opening and closing ceremonies, all conference sessions and award ceremonies and lunches, morning and afternoon refreshments from 24th to 26th August 2012. It is possible to pay registration in three instalments: on registering, on 1st April and on 1st July.

Accompanying person:
Registration covers opening, closing and award ceremonies - £220
Registered delegates can register one or more accompanying persons by going to the Payments page, entering their (own) e-mail address and registration reference code, then clicking the link labelled "Register Accompanying Person" near the bottom of the page.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally it may be necessary to cancel your registration. We will refund payments according to the following scale. A standard administration fee of £20 will be charged against each payment made by the participant to cover costs incurred by the organisers in handling your original payment/s.

All requests for refunds must be received in writing and include your registration code.

Cancellation before 30 April 2012 - 100% refund less an administration fee of £20 per payment made by participant

Cancellation between 1 May 2012 and 30 June 2012 - 90% refund less an administration fee of £20 per payment made by participant

Cancellation between 1 July 2012 and 31 July 2012 - 70% refund less an administration fee of £20 per payment made by participant

Cancellation on or after 1 August 2012 - no refund
